  • DISCOUNTS: During the winter months, between October 31st and April 1st, the Inn offers special $30 Discounts to Seniors over 50 years of age.  During this time period, just mention this paragraph and your Senior status, to obtain it's discount and receive a $165 room for only $135, plus tax.     * For non-Senior guests during this time, we offer a $20 discount.  These discounts do not apply during Holidays or Special Events.
     
  • Restrictions: The inn is a smoke-free "oasis". Adult environment discourages children. (Precocious, well-behaved quiet children are always welcome.) Children are billed as adults, there is no reduced rate for children. No facilities for pets.
  • ABOUT BREAKFAST - Although no longer serving breakfast at the Inn, we are close to some very fine breakfast places. Adell's coffee shop is but a 3 minute drive away and has been voted the "Best Breakfast Place" in Humboldt County for the past 7 years in a row. A further 10 minutes drive will take you to the world famous Samoa Cookhouse, famed for its historic and hearty "Logging Camp" breakfasts since 1890 - a fitting compliment to your stay at our historic lodging accommodation.
     
  • Eurek California LodgingParking: The mansion sits on a large corner lot with street frontage of 250 feet on both front and side, allowing plenty of room for easy parking of even the largest of vehicles. For those who want additional peace of mind and maximum security, we do offer valet parking behind the estate's locked gates; there is a $10 per day charge for this extra service.

  • CANCELLATIONS - made more than 21 days prior to your reservation date, result in a refund (less a $25 per day, per room processing charge) . Cancellations, for any reason, with less than 21 days notice are given a refund (less a $25 per day, per room processing charge) ONLY if we can fill the vacancy caused by your cancellation.
